I am a 23-year retired insurance industry professional with experience in training and instructing licensed sales and service representatives. I am also a substitute K-6 teacher with National Heritage Academies based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. I first encountered the need and concept of tutoring while being a student at the University of Michigan. The use of a tutor helped me to get through my most difficult courses.
