Fields like physics and calculus can be very challenging. Different problems require different equations of pictures, and it can be overwhelming. But once you understanding whats going on, it not only rewarding, but fun. Thats what I want to do for my students: show them that things they find difficult don't have to be! I currently attend Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where I study physics and astronomy. There, I have learned the importance of catering to different learning styles and encouraging different problem-solving methods when tackling challenging questions. Other than my academic passions, I love reading comic books, watching movies, and playing basketball.
