I am currently a University of Virginia student, working towards a degree in computer science. I graduated from Rock Ridge High School in Ashburn, Virginia in 2018. I previously worked at Kumon; I also like to help my friends with their classes (when I'm able to).
My favorite subjects to tutor are programming and math because they were and are my favorite subjects to learn. Specifically, I am able to tutor Python, Java, Algebra, Pre-calculus, AP Calculus AB, and AP Calculus BC.
I believe teaching is the most effective way to learn, so I prefer interactive lessons. However, sometimes the student just needs time to figure it out on their own. As such, I think patience is the most important aspect to teaching.
Some of my interests include tennis, cooking, and games.
