I am an international educator that teaches and empowers people through language learning and cultural understanding.

I was born and graduated from Shandong Normal University in China. After teaching English in a high school and then working for an international company for a couple of years, I left China for Korea.

I earned my master's degree from a Korean university and then moved on to a Ph.D in applied linguistics while working full time at a women's university.
In 2015, I decided to come to the US for another master's degree in International Education Management since I believe the power of cross-cultural learning.
To me, learning is a journey, not a short trip. I hope you choose to take this journey with joy and fulfillment.
