I graduated with Honors from the University of Oklahoma with a B.A. in English Literature and a minor in Spanish, and I am currently working on a master's degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages at OU. I have been teaching an ESL conversation class for over two years now, and I spent a year working in the Honors College Writing Center at OU, helping students to improve their writing. As difficult as it can be to learn and use languages (including your own native language), it can still be incredibly fun and fulfilling. I love helping my students discover the joy of expressing their ideas in ways that will help them succeed academically and in life.
