Having been raised and schooled in France give me the opportunity to offer not only knowledge of the language but also culture. I am more than qualified not only to teach french to young children but also adolescents and adults. I can engage in cultural conversations about different topics like history, travels, culinary interests and so on.

What is your teaching philosophy?
When I start to work with a student, I introduce myself. The student is able to do the same thing after me. I always try to show the best way to succeed.

For the first session, it's important to get to know each other. We need to figure out what the student need to improve, what goals they have, and how to reach it.

There are many tricks and tools that I can give to the student to help them be independent.

A teacher can help a student stay motivated by using interactive and fun lessons. It's also important to show their progress, define goals, and try to reach them.
If a student has difficulty learning a skill or concept, what would you do?
The best way to understand a topic is to discover the concept by yourself. Understanding is learning!
How do you help students who are struggling with reading comprehension?
When you read you have to take it one sentence at a time. A translation website can also help with some difficult words.
