I believe all children can learn, for some it just takes a little more effort. I am retired Air Force and I've been teaching school for 20 years. I have taught students in grades 1 - 7 in reading and math.
I have tutored students all the way up to adults in reading and math. The last 3 years I have worked with ESL and ELL students. Most of my time have been working with students in the inner city, however, I have worked with students from all areas.
