I received my education from Indiana University, in Bloomington Indiana. I obtained a bachelor of science in early childhood education. I have taught a first-grade classroom for my student teaching, and currently am working with children grades 3-6th. Elementary grade subjects I am most qualified to tutor are elementary reading, writing, and math. My favorite subject to tutor is math, because I love to solve problems. My teaching philosophy or tutoring style would be to always keep a positive attitude and to never give up. Having a positive attitude towards one’s goal is always important when focusing on trying to reach a goal. Other interests include: music, tennis, knitting, and collecting records. My other interest would include my cat, Alaska.

Currently, I am looking forward to teaching a high school math class in my current job position.
