About Me

I am a graduate from Furman University with a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience, and I completed my Master's in Biochemistry at Johns Hopkins this past spring. I tutor math and science, in addition to SAT and ACT prep. I love tutoring science courses, especially biology, since I always love to learn new things about how the world works and be able to pass on what I learn to students. I know that every student is different and learns differently than their peers, so getting to know students is my top priority when I tutor. Once a student's learning methods are understood, I feel I can help them improve effectively. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy running, watching soccer and basketball, and trying to find the best coffee in the city.
