Ever since I started teaching about 7 years ago, I have been passionate in my commitment to three principal things: maximizing individual student performance, inspiring student's interest in science and/or Math and instilling a sense of respect, self - worth and responsibility among all students. Because I understand the importance of this calling, I have equipped myself with a Bachelors degree in Biology, a Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction (K 7-12 Biology) and Currently pursuing another Masters degree in Adult education.
I have also developed unique skills for scaffolding lessons, individualized instructions and differentiated instructions because I am cognizant of the fact that we learn differently. I also understand the importance of motivating the learner and that has led me to research, learn, practice and master different ways to recognize, appreciate and reinforce desired learning outcomes demonstrated by my students.
