I grew up in Hampton, Virginia and attended the University of Virginia for college. I then moved to Georgia to start law school at UGA. I spent two years in Georgia and chose to complete my third year of law school in Washington, D.C. interning for a federal judge and taking courses at Georgetown University Law Center. I recently moved to the New York area and am working as an associate in Manhattan for a boutique litigation firm. I enjoy working one-on-one with others because each individual has different strengths and weaknesses and particular learning styles and preferences, and I try to draw on those in order to best meet a student's needs and help them achieve their goals.
