Reflecting on my educational experiences, I appreciate the immeasurable impact that teachers make on the lives of their students. I also realize that the skills and knowledge acquired in the classroom will be used by students throughout their lives. Therefore, as a tutor, I hope to have an impact on my students lives.
My tutoring method follows what I call the 4 Es for success.
EMPOWERMENT: Encourage students through the process of personal development planning to integrate academic learning with life and everyday experience.

ENHANCE: Provide academic support and guidance enabling the students to reach their full potential.

ENGAGE: Employ appropriate, innovative, and diverse methods of assessment that lead to progressive development of knowledge and understanding.

ENABLE: Give to the student the best knowledge and understanding of the material.
