I am a graduate of Ripon College. I received my Bachelor of Arts in History and Spanish Language and Literature with high honors. I have four years of experience tutoring both Spanish and English. Since graduation I have spent the last two years living in Spain where I taught and tutored private English classes. My favorite subject to tutor is Spanish because I am passionate about the language and about helping students understand and master its intricacies. I am an avid proponent of education because I believe that an enriched education is key to both personal and professional success. I have studied abroad at the University of Valencia in Spain for a semester and was able to fully immerse myself in the language and culture. I have been teaching for 5 years and have tutored Spanish off and on for 10 years. Outside of teaching, I enjoy traveling, crafting, cooking, and exercising.
