I am a current senior at the University of Chicago about to graduate with a BA, double majoring in Anthropology and Philosophy. My interests have always been pretty diverse, from both stem to the humanities, and I am comfortable teaching in a variety of different subjects.Tutoring has long been an important part of my life and I take a lot of joy in being able to teach others. I started on a volunteer basis during high school, where I taught middle school Math and English, and I have continued tutoring middle and high school students while in college. I am a big proponent of understanding the 'why' behind pathophysiology, signs, and symptoms, and nursing interventions. Trying to memorize everything is impossible and will not help you pass the NCLEX, however, if you understand the concept and pathophysiology, you can usually get the right answers and be way more successful.
