I am currently teaching General Chemistry at Tarrant County College. I have worked in drug discovery for several fortune 500 drug companies and have numerous patents, publications and reviews.

I am passionate about teaching because I understand greatly a lot of the academic struggles and problems students may face through education, especially as a first generation college student. I'm a recent graduate of the University of Notre Dame. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Science-Computing--the University's equivalent of the pre-med major, but with additional credits reserved for a few Computer Science electives. While there, tutoring was one of the main activities I was involved in, and I found it deeply fulfilling when I'd see a certain idea suddenly click for my tutees.

I am a graduate student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the chemistry department. I obtained a BS in Chemistry and a BA in Language studies with a focus in Spanish in 2018. I enjoy seeing students succeed and discover all the joys that STEM can bring. I am also passionate about the Spanish language and its culture.

I am able to tutor a broad range of chemistry courses, from organic to physical to general chemistry, as well as math and physics classes. I can also help with test prep for the ACT, SAT, or GRE.
