I am an Applied Physics Major with an Emphasis in Mechanical Engineering at Brigham Young University. I love to share the joy I have in the sciences and math to show truly the applications are so far-reaching.

I am a bit of a nerd and play many table top board games.

I am currently a senior at Stony Brook University, and a physics and computer science double-major. I hail from the town of Clarence, New York, a suburb of Buffalo. I enjoy tutoring in part because of my affinity for the subjects that I'll be teaching, but the primary reason is that I like working with people and forming interpersonal connections.

I'm now putting my three degrees (Ph.D. M.S and B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering to work helping students master science and math. I always enjoyed one on one tutoring sessions when teaching courses at University of Illinois and Iowa State University, and love to tutor in math and subjects used in mechanical engineering. These are all levels of algebra, trigonometry, calculus, differential equations, probability, statistics and physics.

I am an avid gamer of both video games and tabletop board games and role playing games. In addition, I am also a dedicated reader who loves fantasy and science fiction. Outside of that, I also play mandolin and mandocello on my own and with a local ensemble.

I'm currently a PhD student in economics at Yale University. I also have a BS in physics and math from Yale. Other subjects I enjoy are history, geography, and philosophy, and I dabble in photography and baking. I enjoy helping people understand tricky concepts and solve challenging problems, academic and otherwise.

I'm not shy, but if you are it's ok I once was too. I'm a student of the mind and so all of my teachings will be tailored toward each individual or group traits that day. It's ok to fail, but don't allow yourself to quit. Learning is hard sometimes because everyone's brain understands things in a different way.
