About Me
I graduated from McGill University in Montreal where I received my Bachelor of Science in Bio-Organic Chemistry and Biotechnology. Throughout my studies, I was involved in tutoring math and science to other students and high-schooler students through McGill's tutorial service and by being a Teaching Assistant in my department. After graduation, I moved to Zurich where I spent a year working as a medicinal chemistry researcher, studied introductory German, and traveled extensively. Now in Boston, I work in radiation oncology research, volunteer as an instructor for the Museum of Science, and am researching graduate programs that I may want to attend. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and staying active by running and skiing as much as I can. I am comfortable tutoring a broad range of topics in the sciences and math for standardized exams. I feel most confident with organic chemistry since I have helped many struggling or confused students map out the reactions and mechanisms, develop study habits, and ace their exams. As an instructor, my aim is to focus on teaching concepts and fundamental principles since this approach builds understanding and allows students to tackle any problems they face.
