I'm trying to work on personal projects. I really enjoy snowboarding, and have been doing that since the third grade. I also enjoy playing sports and video games.

I am currently a college student studying biology and Spanish. My teaching philosophy centers on building strong connections with students, encouraging their curiosity, and tailoring my approach to meet their individual needs. I believe that every student has the potential to excel, and by breaking down concepts to be more digestible, I can help them reach their academic goals.

I am currently an honors undergraduate student at The Ohio State University studying Data Analytics with a focus on Biomedical and Public Health Analysis. My tutoring experience comes from volunteer tutoring as part of National Honors Society in high school and by coaching/teaching the middle school academic challenge team. I am a rising Junior at Princeton University who is passionate about the ways in which people learn, which has led me to pursue a degree in Neuropsychology. Through great experiences teaching English in Chiangmai, Thailand for two months and tutoring Calculus I and II through Princeton University's McGraw Tutoring program for two years, I have come across many learning styles and have developed a love for teaching. I am a senior in the honors college at the University of Georgia, where I have a full tuition Zell Miller Scholarship, as well as a National Merit Scholarship and a Woodruff Scholarship. I am majoring in psychology and mathematics with a minor in German. In addition to my studies, I am active in the Psi Chi International Psychology Honor Society and a German language social program, and am heavily involved in social psychology research. I am a graduate student in the Masters of Interdisciplinary Data Science Program at Duke University. Previously, I worked at Student Support Services in Puerto Rico as a Data Analyst, and, prior to that position, I worked as a Math and English tutor. Throughout my life, I have tutored college kids from less privileged backgrounds, who carry different types of academic and personal struggles, and I empathized a lot with them. I know the feeling of walking in to a classroom and understanding nothing, the void that forms in your head. My goal is for people to understand and learn.
