Create a Video with AI is a hands-on, project-based course where you’ll plan, produce, and publish a short video using the latest AI video tools — no studio or editing background required. Whether you're a creator, entrepreneur, or marketer, this course shows you how to turn your ideas into engaging content using tools like Pika, Runway, Synthesia, Descript, and Google’s VideoFX (o3). You’ll learn how to prompt for visuals, structure your story, generate voiceover or B-roll, and edit with AI assistance. By the end of the course, you’ll walk away with a polished short-form video ready to share on social media, your website, or portfolio, and have a process to efficiently create engaging videos for a variety of use cases and audiences.

4-Week Syllabus

  • Week 1: Plan Your Video & Explore Tools. Learn the latest and greatest video tools, includingPika, Runway, Synthesia, Descript, and o3/VideoFX, and then use AI to align on your project goals and storyboard your video.

  • Week 2: Generate Visuals, Audio & Assets. Use AI to create scenes, animations, or avatars; generate voiceovers with ElevenLabs or Descript; and explore AI-powered B-roll, image-to-video, and motion effects.

  • Week 3: Edit with AI Tools. Use AI to trim clips, improve pacing, adjust visuals, and add text overlays and transitions.

  • Week 4: Refine & Publish Your Video. Export and publish your final video, use AI for captioning and search-friendly descriptions, and reflect on tools used, lessons learned, and future video ideas.
