I am a current PhD student in Integrative Physiology with a strong focus on basic science laboratory methods. My expertise is in general human physiology, endocrinology, and biology. As a graduate student, I have taught at the college level and found teaching to be a major passion of mine. I really enjoy teaching and helping people understand science!

I am currently finishing my Masters in Biomedical Sciences. I plan on taking my education further and applying to dental school. I love learning new things and figuring out ways to help people. I am a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy. Following graduation from the Academy, I spent two years living in a remote village in Zambia where I worked with the Peace Corps to educate villagers about the prevention of malaria, HIV, and tuberculosis, as well as other illness endemic to the region.
