One of my main passions in life is continued learning. My strength lies in mechanical engineering in which I have completed a bachelor's degree at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Having taken part in a study abroad program, I've studied in central Taiwan alongside students from all over the world. My primary goal with my students is to ensure they succeed. My areas of strength are trig, algebra, calculus and physics. The few years I spent as a director for the HYPE UWM hip hop dance team gave me the opportunity to coach a lot of different people, and not just teaching math. As a weekend warrior mechanic, I have been fixing cars for the past 10 years which has significantly strengthened my problem solving abilities. Public speaking has been a strength since early on and I'm always looking forward to the next opportunity to pass on as much knowledge as possible. Currently, I work as a product service engineer for industrial and marine transmissions. Throughout my schooling I have worked in manufacturing, quality control and design engineering fields.I am a strong advocator of making sure my students are able to demonstrate to others the very problems they were having trouble with originally. Certain subjects can be very difficult so you can be guaranteed I have as much patience and different approaches as it takes to help my student understand not only the problem but the concept.

I graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in Political Science. After graduation I then completed a Pre-Health Specialized Studies Post Bacc Program at the University of Pennsylvania with plans to ultimately attend medical school. During my time at Notre Dame I spent 2 years tutoring students through College Mentors for Kids. Although I am confident working with all subjects, I am particularly comfortable tutoring in math, reading, physics, and standardized test prep.

I am a recent Physics graduate/nerd looking to tutor students in mathematics, physics, and computer programming. Too often I hear people say that they are 'bad' at math, science, or programming. I believe that anyone can be proficient in these subjects given the proper teacher. I hope to be that teacher for individuals and hope they can learn to love learning within STEM disciplines as much as I do (which is a ton)!

I have studied in Argentina, in a bilingual English - Spanish School for primary and secondary students. After that, I continued my education as an Electronics Engineer at the University of Buenos Aires. Then, I trained as an MBA at the University of Salvador. I relocated to Germany for almost five years and then came back to the US. I have helped tutor students in high school, as well as classmates, family and friends. All of these students have received good grades as a result of the tutoring. Spanish, Math and Physics are my subjects of choice, and I believe the overall concepts of the subjects are the most important part to teach. In this way, you can discover more and will not have to depend on your memory. In my spare time, I enjoy hi-tech gadgets, computers, tennis, and know a lot about photography and optics.

I am a current student at Cornell University studying Design + Environmental Analysis and Urban and Regional Studies.I am a creative thinker and really enjoy helping students develop their skills in writing, reading, and text analysis. However, I certainly have a broad range of interests and offer tutoring in English, Literature, Physics, World History, and Economics. I am currently working toward my Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering at Johns Hopkins University with a minor in Entrepreneurship and Management. In my previous tutoring experience, I've worked with students of ages ranging from 10 to 18. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, my favorite to teach are Math, Chemistry, Physics, and Test Prep, because they provide the greatest problem solving challenges. I enjoy working through difficult problems with students, because I believe that with the right guidance, they are universally capable of rising to the challenge. Outside of academics, I enjoy dancing, listening to music, and photography.

My favorite subjects to tutor are SAT math, general chemistry and calculus.I believe that the best way to guide students through new concepts is to introduce them to each step slowly, and allow them to digest these steps in their own way through practice and problem-solving.
