I am currently a Master's in Education Candidate at Northwestern University, and will begin teaching high school biology in Chicago this upcoming fall. I completed my undergraduate degree at Northwestern University in 2019, majoring in both Biological Sciences (concentrating in Genetics and Genomics) and in German. I have experience working with students of all ages, including elementary, middle, and high school. I am consistently energized by the opportunity to see students grow and develop! I'm New York City born and raised. I graduated from the University of Chicago last year with a degree in East Asian Languages and Civilizations. I am developing my own teaching methods to evolve traditional East Asian and French language acquisition, and to do this I need even more experience. My course of study has been directed at learning as much as I can about the culture, economy, and history of East Asia, China and Japan in particular. I view myself as someone who is entrepreneurial, collegial, individually motivated to produce high quality work, as well as foster a love of the subject which I teach. I am compassionate and enjoy working with both children and adults. I believe I have something to learn from everyone I meet.

I am a UCLA Bioengineer. I am a well qualified tutor and have had many years of experience in both paid and unpaid roles from 6th grade to 12 grade to present. I have always excelled in academics, math, writing, and english and have scored well on all standardized tests and state tests. I have scored 800/800 in SAT 1 math, SAT 2 math. I have scored 760/800 in SAT writing. I received scores of 5/5 in AP Calculus AB and BC and have taken numerous other APs, passing the APs in Physics, Biology, Literature, Language and Composition, Environmental Science, Economics, US history, and Chemistry. I was the President of my high school's only tutoring club and only math club, Infinity Math Club, where I dedicated my time tutoring struggling students in all math levels. I was a tutor in my high school's RAMS program for all academic subjects. I love working with students and love to see them succeed in subjects that they once struggled in.

I am currently a student at the University of Aberdeen obtaining my master's in petroleum engineering. I graduated in May, 2020 magna cum laude from Northeastern University with my degree in mechanical engineering with a minor in economics. All of methods and study habits I teach my students are ones I have personally used and found to work, either in test prep or in math, science, and engineering courses. In addition to tutoring, I am always more than happy to give no nonsense advice to any student interested in going to engineering school. I have experience working with high school students helping them do homework in various subjects, but I would love to expand my experiences with tutoring and focus on teaching elementary and middle schoolers. I love to write, horseback ride, draw, and my favorite subjects include English, Psychology, Spanish, German, and Biology! I am looking forward to tutoring students in a variety of Elementary School level subjects.
