Most recently, I spent seven months living in Germany and interning as a Fulbright English teaching assistant in a middle school and high school. How could you say your own language is the most beautiful of all if you cannot compare it?Learning a foreign language and getting to know an entirely new culture always fascinated me and it has also made me a more open minded person. I studied French in Paris while teaching German. I have a degree in romance languages, linguistics and art history from the University of Heidelberg. I took a detour from the academic world by exploring the language of media, marketing and public relations in the Black Forest and Bavaria. In Los Angeles I was immersed in the unique tongue of the entertainment industry. I continued teaching German and, along the way, became a Certified Life Coach. This has allowed me to connect to the language of peoples souls. In the beautiful mountains of New Mexico I became a writer and published a book in Germany. Everyone has different reasons for learning a language. Of course it is not easy. It takes time and effort but it is well worth it. I would enjoy introducing you to the German culture, as well as the language, in order to make your learning experience fun, effective and most importantly, successful.

My students' growth was undeniable, as the office saw a huge jump in successful grant applications and nearly tripled its number of successful applications in both the humanities and arts areas (whose students were almost entirely assigned to me).
