I am a graduate of the University of Delaware. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a concentration in Education. I went on to receive my Masters Degree in Secondary Education and Special Education. I am currently a Special Education teacher at a high school in Passaic Valley. Part of my daily responsibilities is tutoring students after class to help all different types of learners reach the same goal - understanding! The subjects that I tutor do not include only those in the social sciences, but also reading and writing skills. Reading and writing are crucial skills for all learners, and for any type of career path that a student chooses to follow. Having taught in both large and small classrooms from the junior high to university level for over twenty years, I know that the best learning occurs during one-on-one interaction.
