I received my Honors Bachelor of Science in Education in Elementary Teacher Education with a concentration in Middle School Mathematics. Currently, I am working towards a Master of Education Degree in Leadership, Design and Technology from Pennsylvania State University. Since graduation, I have worked in a variety of mathematics teaching positions including as a Math Intervention Assistant Teacher, a High School Mathematics Teacher, and a Middle School Mathematics Teacher. I am a firm proponent of technology integrated, student-centered education, believing it to be necessary to stay up with 21st-century skills. I meet students where they are currently at, not where they necessarily ought to be through technology applications. In my spare time, I enjoy working on my house, reading, and spending time with family including my golden retriever, Callie.
