Bonjour ! I'm here to help you with your French. Whether it's speaking, writing, listening or reading, I would love to help you improve and meet your goals! With several years of experience living and working as a teacher in France, I am confident that I can share helpful pointers with you. I've taken the AP French exam and studied French in college, and I know how helpful and reassuring it is to work on areas of your language skills that might not quite be perfected yet.

I have been working with students in a professional setting for about 1 year. I have been tutoring for about 5 of those months in math, physical science, chemistry, and physics. I just finished my sophomore year at Boise State University as a physics student. I want to teach students so that I can help prepare them for their future and excel later in life.
I am a graduate student at Boise State University where I am studying political science. I love to teach and tutor and plan on becoming a professor after I get my Ph.D because for me, there is no better thing in the world than helping a student grow. My goal is always the same for each student, I want to help them achieve their goals and grow their potential. I believe that everyone can learn anything, it is just a matter of how it is taught and whether or not the person wants to learn.
I hold a Master's Degree in Library Science from the University of British Columbia, as well as a Bachelor's in English from Boise State University. During and after my undergrad, I tutored teen and adult English Language Learners as well as SAT/ACT prep. I tutor a range of subjects, but I am most passionate about ELL, writing, and reading. I believe that education is key to understanding one another and building community, and learning has been one of my greatest joys in life. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, drawing and painting, and hanging out with my lizard, Chester.
I am currently studying at Boise State University for a Bachelor's in General Biology with a minor in secondary education. While I am well versed a variety of subjects, I am passionate about science, specifically biology! I am also a reader and was in advanced placement in English in both middle and high school as well as being an editor on the school newspaper. I love to hear about history and the people that were here before us! Basically, I love learning something new, no matter the topic! In high school, I participated in a tutoring practicum where I would visit an elementary class and help 5th grade students one-on-one with assignments or subjects they struggled with. I also would help my younger siblings with their homework, so I understand sometimes the best thing for a student is personal and customized lesson to help them thrive! I can't wait to help students become even better scholars!

I've been writing music almost as long as I've been speaking. I believe firmly that music is a language, and like any language I believe that grammar, conversation, AND expression are all extremely important. I love helping people reach their musical goals, whether it's the in depth mastery of classical ideology, or just helping put that guitar to use that you've had for years but never learned how to play.I stay extremely active and connected in the music industry and I am always excited at the opportunity to give instruction and help to others, as I wouldn't be here without those things myself!
