I am a graduate student at Boise State University where I am studying political science. I love to teach and tutor and plan on becoming a professor after I get my Ph.D because for me, there is no better thing in the world than helping a student grow. My goal is always the same for each student, I want to help them achieve their goals and grow their potential. I believe that everyone can learn anything, it is just a matter of how it is taught and whether or not the person wants to learn.

I completed my MA in Linguistics at the University of Hawai'i, where I focused on Native American languages, and recently moved to New Mexico to work in Native American language education. My BA is in English, and I have tutored many different types of students, including refugees. I especially enjoy tutoring students in English literature, writing and editing, linguistics, and ESL. I am an experienced public speaker and am able to coach students in making and preparing for presentations as well. I love getting to know my students personally, and make it a point to engage their interests in all of our sessions. My teaching style is very conversational, and will involve hands-on activity whenever possible!

Finally, studying for the state English Language Arts exam allowed me to dive more deeply into literature analysis, the metrics of poetry, and the histories that inform these works. My education is complemented by my teaching experiences. In my various teaching appointments, I have taught K-12 and post-secondary students. I have taught in the United States and abroad. I have taught as the lead teacher and as a substitute teacher. I have taught in English Language Arts, Elementary, Health, Spanish, Social Studies, History, Communication, Speech, and Creative Writing classrooms. My broad array of teaching experiences required that I develop adaptive lesson planning in order to meet the ever-changing needs of my varied students and subjects. As a lead teacher, I am dedicated to meeting students at their current place of learning and helping them develop and grow in ways they can see and evaluate. My name is Trennon Talbot. I love the outdoors and fun activities. I love subjects like math and science. I am currently studying how to become an XR Developer, Unity Developer, and Web Developer. I did Taekwondo for 6 years and earned my black belt. Other activities I like to do are soccer, ping pong, pickleball, and volleyball.

I am a graduate of both the General Radiology and Diagnostic Medical Sonography programs at Boise State University. I have 20+ years of radiology experience in medical office and hospital settings, often mentoring students. Additionally, I have helped many students to be successful in radiology programs and credentialing boards over the past 2 years as a private tutor. I am passionate about making sure you have complete understanding to meet your credentialling requirements and provide excellent patient care in your radiology career. I am available for credentialing test prep but also basic medical imaging course work for xray and ultrasound - positioning, physics and anatomy. I am registered with ARRT (R) and ARDMS (AB) (OB).

I have been working with students in a professional setting for about 1 year. I have been tutoring for about 5 of those months in math, physical science, chemistry, and physics. I just finished my sophomore year at Boise State University as a physics student. I want to teach students so that I can help prepare them for their future and excel later in life.

Everyday is another chance to learn or try something new! I love learning and tutoring learners. I taught elementary and Jr. High students for 17 years. I even taught overseas at two different international schools while I continued my own language learning in China. My classrooms varied from 1st grade reading and math, to 4th and 5th grade social studies and writing. I received my BSW with a psychology minor in 1999. I then received my MSW in 2004 and am currently working on my DSW. I hold my LCSW. I have taught Chinese children and youth ESL online. I like to be hands-on in order for the student to learn better, but I will gear my tutoring to however the student learns. I tutor LMSW/LCSWs to pass the exam and BSW and MSW social work students.

I've been writing music almost as long as I've been speaking. I believe firmly that music is a language, and like any language I believe that grammar, conversation, AND expression are all extremely important. I am currently studying at Boise State University for a Bachelor's in General Biology with a minor in secondary education. While I am well versed a variety of subjects, I am passionate about science, specifically biology! I am also a reader and was in advanced placement in English in both middle and high school as well as being an editor on the school newspaper. I love to hear about history and the people that were here before us! Basically, I love learning something new, no matter the topic! In high school, I participated in a tutoring practicum where I would visit an elementary class and help 5th grade students one-on-one with assignments or subjects they struggled with.
