I am a current senior at the University of Chicago about to graduate with a BA, double majoring in Anthropology and Philosophy. My interests have always been pretty diverse, from both stem to the humanities, and I am comfortable teaching in a variety of different subjects. Tutoring has long been an important part of my life and I take a lot of joy in being able to teach others. I started on a volunteer basis during high school, where I taught middle school Math and English, and I have continued tutoring middle and high school students while in college. I definitely have the most experience teaching Math, and I think I have seen the most immediate improvements while teaching Math. However, I particularly take joy in teaching English, especially critical reading, as many students are surprised by how much they can improve in the long-term.
