I am comfortable working through the needs of students with disabilities, learning or otherwise. I pride myself on my ability to tailor lessons to particular students, finding the pedagogical methods that work best for the individual.

I'm comfortable in all subject areas. I'm an encouraging and warm presence in the classroom, and get to know the needs of the students I work with so that we can strive to meet their goals together. Outside the classroom I read and write, practice yoga and pottery, and love being with friends and family. I hope to have the chance to work with you!

I am fascinated by language, by both the intricacies of its structure and by the awesome array of possibilities it can unleash when masterfully used. I am a Writing tutor is that I love to write. Furthermore, I love to edit (strange, I know). I enjoy looking through an essay, tweaking words and sentences here and there to get the essay just right. There is something incredibly satisfying about constructing an expressive, potent piece of writing.
