I'm a graduate from the University of Oklahoma where I received my bachelor's degree in journalism. After graduation I received my certification to teach technology education (audio/video specialties), journalism, and English Language Arts (which includes reading, writing, literature, and speech).

I am eager to grow in my profession and would welcome the chance to discuss the contributions that I could make to your organization, as well as my abilities and experience in greater detail. I am a nurse practitioner, my career began while attending Medical University of South Carolina with a BS in Nursing. During which, Time I strengthen my clinical skills in the intensive care units in the civilian side and while I was active duty in the Air Force. I am a former student at Utah State University and was majoring in English with an emphasis in Creative Writing and a minor in American Sign Language. I recently moved to Texas and am loving being down here. I have tutoring experience in English, formal and informal. Informal would be my younger siblings. I have tutored each of them in English as they have gone through school. Formal was being able to work a little as a volunteer in the writing center on Utah State University's campus.

I'm an outgoing person, so tutor sessions won't be stale. Quality over quantity. There isn't regurgitation in mathematics, unlike other subjects. Once you learn something it will turn up in future courses, but don't let this discourage you, because this is when it becomes habitual. If you're understanding what you're doing then have no fear math will be a walk in a park and later a hike in the mountains. Still walking :-) .
