I'm excited to help students reach their goals, particularly students that have issues with the formats and nature of tests themselves. I know that testing itself can flummox some students who are otherwise bright and qualified, which is why I want to help them overcome this.

I am passionate about helping my students learn the materials in each of their individual learning styles. No two students are identical and are able to learn the same. Teachers must be able to adapt and assist each student's needs in this way.

I am a graduate cum laude of Clark University, with a CELTA certification in teaching English from Cambridge University. I was born and raised in Queens, attended Hunter College High School in Manhattan, and now live in Brooklyn, so I know the city very well. I have years of experience teaching and tutoring a wide range of subjects and students.

I am also currently pursuing Master's degrees in Children's Literature (M.A.) and Library and Information Science (M.S.).
