About Me

I obtained my undergraduate degree from Seton Hall University. I received my graduate degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Majoring in science education, I have over 17 years of experience with students of all ages and abilities. Currently, I am one course away from obtaining my Teacher of Student with Disabilities Certification. I have been an educator for seventeen years and have enjoyed every minute of it. I firmly believe that every child can learn, sometimes we need to take a less traveled road to get to our destination. My experience in differentiated instruction and hands-on learning has allowed me to meet the diverse needs of all of my students. I enjoy bringing new ideas and concepts to my classroom everyday. My students are not just my students but teachers as well. The infusion of technology as allowed me to create and build a classroom without walls. In my spare time I enjoy kayaking, swimming, cooking, and traveling. My journeys throughout the world has allowed me to visit many exotic places and cultures. I enjoy bringing these experiences into my classroom. I am passionate about science, enjoy social studies, and believe that incorporating all disciplines into your learning enriches your overall experience. Experienced in the BCT, NJ ASK Science, and PARCC testing, I look forward to working with you and your child.
