With this focus in primarily STEM classes, I am able to help with a range of science based subjects but specialize in organic chemistry a little more than the others. I have experience instructing at Mathnasium, being able to help with a range of math levels from elementary math to high school level math. Because of my time there, I know how important a good understanding of any material depends on an instructor's ability to convey and I want to be able to help others just as my favorite professors have helped me. In terms of teaching, I like to introduce the subject of interest in a broad way with more conceptualization before focusing on certain problems that are good for comprehension. I think problem solving and understanding one's train of thought is one of the most beneficial ways to succeed in science and math so step by step problem solving is something I like to spend time on.
