I am passionate about statistics. I completed advanced coursework in statistics as part of my master's degree. I am excited to soon begin my doctorate studies in Molecular Biology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and continue exploring the effects of the environment on gene expression.

I am better able to appreciate my travels, since I have a background in geography. My knowledge of French has proven beneficial in that I have made many summer trips to France over the last 25 years and I have also traveled to Switzerland, Belgium, and Morocco on various occasions.

I'm working on a series of children's books right now. My other hobbies include reading, singing, baking, dancing, and traveling (although I haven't gotten to do that lately).
