I am attending Montclair University for my Master's in Educational Leadership. I have been teaching for six years in a variety of subjects, including Literature, Journalism, Public Speaking, Modes of Writing, and SAT. As the Journalism teacher in my current school district, I have sole responsibility over the school newspaper. I have tutored students mostly at the high school level for SAT and Language Arts help, but also have some experience with middle and elementary school.

I'm never going to understand this in time" or "Maybe I'm just stupid." These are feelings I've had myself, and I would address those issues depending on the situation.

I am a graduate student at Mercy College, studying to earn my Doctorate of Physical Therapy. I am a lifetime learner. I'm always looking to broaden my knowledge through reading and writing, and how those skills apply to my life experiences. My goal is to inspire students, in any way I can. I always knew teaching and tutoring was what I wanted to do with my career. I am going on my 5th year in education, and throughout my experiences I've connected with many kids and families.
