About Me
Language learning should be curiosity-driven, vigorous, enjoyable, and should give emphasis to student self-expression. My objective as a native Spanish Teacher who was born in the Dominican Republic is to show my enthusiasm and motivation on the subject for my students to also become motivated and furthermore advance toward a level of independence where they have developed a desire to learn more and think for themselves. Language must be taught in the context of culture, and it is therefore, my responsibility to bring in my cultural background as well as my knowledge of other Hispanic and Latino cultures for the students to learn about.
Hobbies & Interests
I like to spend time with friends and family. I also enjoy playing volleyball and going to the beach.
