I am just finishing my 10th year of teaching. I've had a variety of teaching experiences including teaching middle school reading and writing, all subjects for 1st and 2nd grade, supporting students with an ELL background from grades 3-8, and teaching an English language class to adults. I am a current third grade dual language teacher and I absolutely adore teaching language. I am a native speaker of English and Spanish is my second language. Therefore, I can tutor literacy in either language and would be thrilled to help any student beginning to learn English or Spanish. I could assist with grammar, creative writing, building vocabulary, reading strategies, or any other topic under the umbrella of literacy.
