The students reviewed different types of punctuation marks and sentence structure in depth. Student 1 was able to write and edit a story, while Student 2 was able to correct sentences with purposeful errors. Student 2 is also doing very well learning long division. Student 1 and Student 2 seem much more motivated when they can compete with one another in a math game.

Tutoring review by Leah in Phoenixville, PA
The student and I met today to go over another section of her major communications project. This time she needed to identify the audience that her case involves and why they are either the primary or secondary audience. We went through the case to identify these players and the explanations. She also needed to select another case in order to examine the communications strategy involved. After talking things through and looking at a few examples, we found one that she liked and was keen to examine. We also found some relevant research material that might help prompt some important questions to answer when determining and then mapping the final strategy.
