I am a recent graduate of the University of Massachusetts Lowell where I received a BS in Mathematics and a minor in STEM Education. I am a passionate Math teacher who loves to help students understand difficult concepts. I love the challenge of finding different ways to explain topics in math.

I am passionate about finding the right method to help the student master their subject matter. My goal, outside of just helping someone with their material, is to develop strong problem-solving skills and habits that can be applied to their future work. I think my approachable communication style as well my desire to see their understanding 'click' with a student make me a great tutor.

I am well-versed in different teaching methods to ensure that a student who works with me has every chance of success. I think that students learn best when they are interested in a topic; my job as a tutor is to stimulate that interest in any way possible. I will motivate and inspire you to be the best student you can be!

I have earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology (from Umass Lowell) and a Certificate of completion in Clinical Research (from Boston University). As a student, I've also served as a Teaching Assistant in the Life Science Labs and Biology labs.
