Hello! I have been a mathematics teacher for over 10 years, teaching many subjects ranging from basic math through Calculus and various age groups ranging from middle school through college. This has allowed me to become very experienced in teaching and helping students to understand and excel on their own.I have recently become a mother and hence now spend the majority of my time and energy entertaining an infant.

Is an award winning filmmaker, winning a Best Feature award in 2002 at the Thunderbird International Film Festival for his first feature film "LOST SOUL." The following year, in 2003, he won a Best Make-Up award at the same festival for his 2nd feature, "GABRIELLA." In total, he has written, produced, acted and directed four feature films.He has also co created and produced two internet TV shows: "I'M STANDING HERE," a travel show, and "FOOD AND FUN," a food and entertainment show.In 2007 he created INSIDER MAG RADIO as a supplement to THE INSIDER MAG, a traveler's magazine, which he publishes. This is distributed in airports across the United States.In 2010 he relocated back to the Boston area and began producing INSIDERMAG RADIO from a local studio.In 2011 THE ANTHONY DUVA SHOW starring Anthony and Ashley was created and the show moved to its flagship station WTIM.The radio show was reformatted again in 2012 as THE DUVA SHOW Live with Anthony, produced by Insider Mag Radio.He has also produced Equity Waver Theater in Los Angeles and has written four full length plays.He has written a travel book TRAVELS WITH ZELDA and this is his first book.These days, he he is an ESL teacher and a private in home tutor and currently a doctoral candidate at Northeastern University in Boston.

I am a recent law school graduate from Suffolk University Law School and hold a B.S. in Criminal Justice with a minor in business from Virginia Commonwealth University. Throughout high school, college, and law school, I have served as a coach, mentor, and teacher. I coached a swim team for many years, taught swim lessons to everyone from babies to adults, and served as a volunteer assistant with a middle school ESL department. As a law student, I had the opportunity to participate in a program where I taught Constitutional Law to high school juniors and seniors at Cambridge Rindge and Latin School in Cambridge, MA. I loved working with my class and watching how much they learned and grew throughout the year. One of my students was even selected to participate in a national moot court competition, and I had the privilege of coaching him through the competition and watching him compete in Washington, D.C. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about history, government, political science, and law. I also love reading and writing, and am very experienced in drafting all types of writing and papers, including personal statements and college/grad school essays. Enthusiastic, passionate, and goal-oriented are words used to describe me. I love working with students of all ages and welcome any challenge!

I got introduced to teaching when I was in my teens by working with my siblings, cousins, neighbors etc. It soon became a regular practice to sit with my younger sibling to check his homework assignments and prepare him for his examinations.When in college, teaching became my profession. I started to teach kids from K-10. It soon gave me purpose to continue my journey of gaining knowledge. I taught middle school subjects like mathematics and science including physics, chemistry and biology while I myself was studying economics, mathematics and statistics.I have also been a teacher in preschool for more than a year which has led me to understand the importance of child psychology and the relevance of mode of teaching.I feel that I had a nag of teaching which got developed into passion. I am always eager to help someone understand a concept, clear their doubts, and give them a guide and pathway towards learning.

I am a graduate from Suffolk University with a BS in Computer Science. I am currently beginning a career in software design with a focus on mobile applications. My main passions are Mathematics and Computer Science, although I have a strong academic background in several areas including English and the physical sciences. I have been tutoring since high school and have experience working with all ages in a number of subjects. I have the most experience working with high school and middle school students in mathematics. My other teaching experiences include tutoring in English and computer skills in an ESOL classroom for refugees, as well as private and group violin instruction for children of all ages.I believe that Math comprehension is absolutely essential to a successful education. As a tutor I focus on presenting material in a number of ways to accommodate all learning styles and making material relevant to the student. My name's Breno. I am currently a Ph.D. student at Harvard University in the department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology.I began tutoring during my undergraduate years at Suffolk University.
