I am a graduate of North Carolina State University where I earned a doctorate degree in Applied Mathematics. After graduation, I held a Post-doctoral position at one of the five United States military service academies. I am currently an Assistant Professor at another one of the service academies.

I'm just not good at" whichever subject they are struggling with. I do not believe this is true. I think that sometimes students struggle because each person thinks in a unique way and sometimes the conventional ways subject matter is taught is not compatible with one's thinking.
