I am a retired mathematics teacher. I am enjoying my retirement by traveling for 2 years around the United States and the Caribbean. I believe all students are capable of learning and improving through hard work and time. As a tutor, I believe it is my job to help facilitate this growth and learning! I'm currently working on my Masters degree in Nursing Education. I work as an Emergency Medical Technician on a rural 911 truck, and am able to tutor students in EMT school or preparing for the NREMT exam. I am certified through the College Reading and Learning Association as a Level II Tutor. I tutor all nursing classes, and most enjoy tutoring Medical Surgical and Pediatrics.

I am an honors graduate of the College of Our Lady of the Elms where I received my undergraduate degree in Biology, with a Chemistry minor.
