About Me

I am originally from Memphis, TN. I graduated my high school at the top of my class while taking AP and dual enrollment courses. I attended the University of Tennessee from 2015-2019 and received my Bachelor's of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. I am currently a mentor to underprivileged pre-teens and I work with an Optometrist as a Doctor's Assistant. This is a great position for me because my plan is to become an Optometrist in the next 5 years! I have tutored in the subjects of Advanced Math, Science and Physics for a program called Varsity Tutors for about 3 years. I was also a tutor for an organization called AVID, which is a college preparatory course for high school students, for about a year and I also have experience tutoring freshmen in college while leading them into a healthy-eating lifestyle. So, I have tremendous experience tutoring varies students. All in all, I look forward to tutoring you or your child on the given subjects that I excel in and I am open to tutoring anyone as long as they are willing to learn. I am very patient so I will be sure to take my time with the material and ensure that I present it in a way that is tailored to the student's needs and personality to ensure their understanding.
