About Me

I am most passionate about giving students the personalized educational experience they need and deserve. I teach most history subjects, English, writing, and study skills. I am at my best working with struggling learners who need to build the skills necessary to become lifelong learners. I believe each student has the capacity to learn. Often the struggles students have stem from a lack of academic literacy and executive functioning skills. These can develop overtime while working through school content. I overseeing curricula for a national group of secondary schools and am currently seeking a Doctorate of Education-Learning Technologies at Pepperdine University. When I am not working or studying, I enjoy exploring the city, traveling, seeing friends, and attending theatre productions.
