I am a sophomore at Elon University in North Carolina. I am studying biology, chemistry, and public health and I am on a pre-medicine track. At Elon, I am very involved in the College Fellows (Research) Program and I volunteer through the Kiwanis Family. I love working with kids and I love science, so being a tutor is a perfect fit! I have been tutoring since the beginning of high school and I have worked with students who learn best in different ways, so I can tailor my explanations to make sure the student understands everything. I was accepted to Harvard Medical School but will be attending NYU Medical School in the fall on a full tuition scholarship I have worked as a tutor or teaching assistant of some kind for four of the last six years, most recently as a TA for organic chemistry 2. I am most excited about helping other students achieve their dreams of going to medical school by helping them study for the MCAT.
