I am strongly committed to bringing students to mastery. To accomplish this, I thought it was important that I am trained and educated extensively in this field. This is why I have obtained not only a Bachelor's degree in education, but I have obtained a Master's degree as well. Even with the most thorough training, mastering academics cannot be achieved without creating a welcoming space for learning friends.

I'm Alyssa! I graduated from Texas Christian University in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Psychology (with Honors and a 4.0 GPA!). I am a current Doctorate of Physical Therapy student at Texas Woman's University, continuing my education in Kinesiology and related subjects.

I am a responsive and talented educator offering tutoring to middle school, high school, and undergraduate students in the Humanities. I am a certified teacher with nearly 15 years of classroom teaching and tutoring experience and a Master's in Secondary Education. My favorite subjects to tutor are World History, U.S. History, Reading, Writing, Literature, and Spanish I. I am a firm proponent of education, believing it to be absolutely necessary for an improved quality of life, and I try to impart this appreciation to all of my students.
