I am a former student/athlete of a top academic university in New York and have been accepted to medical school for the class of 2025. I have worked with Kumon and Mathnasium in the past which has given me plenty of experience tutoring and teaching math and various sciences to elementary through college students. I believe in understanding fundamental concepts the most and can vary my teaching style tremendously to fit a variety of student needs and problems.

I am a medical student at New York Medical College. I've worked in both research and teaching in the past and have an MS from Teachers College, Columbia University in Neuroscience and Education. I am passionate about science and teaching and have experience teaching and tutoring all levels of Spanish, Science and Math.

I'm active in my local Lutheran church and served as its financial secretary. I'm currently an elder in my church. I've taught in summer school and in after school programs too. I do love teaching... that's why I can't seem to leave it. These days I'm employed as a paraprofessional at Middletown High School.

I am a PADI certified Divemaster and I’ve been scuba diving all over the world. I have spent time working with special needs children and doing scientific research in labs and in the field. Throughout my education I have been a well-rounded student in sciences and the humanities because of my patience in problem solving and because I utilize different study methods for different material.

I am a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). I received my Bachelor of Arts in Asian American Studies with a pre-med track. I am currently a grad student at the Yale School of Public Health.
