I am married with a beautiful Dominican girl, her name is Teresa. She gave me my two most precious gifts; my older son Luis Alejandro and my youngest Emilio.

I am a recent graduate from UC Berkeley with a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering. I attended Loyola Marymount University for my undergraduate and graduated with a B.S.E. in Civil Engineering in 2021.
