During the 2016-2017 academic year, I was also a Community Adviser, developing a community of about 50 residents, facilitating discussions of appreciating and understanding human differences and diversity, overseeing residents grow in leadership roles, leading an academic initiative program, and undertaking administrative tasks in a residential community.
