I've been lucky to have attended some fine educational institutions, though I don't come from the kind of background where such opportunities can be taken for granted. I believe every student should have the same opportunities as I've had, and I want to do everything I can to make those opportunities available to every student.

I am very passionate about teaching. I love to see the light in the eyes of my students when they finally understand a concept or skill they have been struggling with. Hi, my name is Dan. I am a recent graduate of Oberlin College, where I received a BA with honors in Comparative Literature. I just returned from a year teaching English in a French lyce (high school) and hope to carry over my teaching experience abroad into well-honed tutoring on this platform.
