About Me

I am experienced in providing speech and language related training to aid elementary aged students in attaining developmentally appropriate skills. As a curriculum writer, graphic designer and dance instructor, I work to incorporate every student's strengths and talents into the tutoring sessions. I love to use mnemonics, visual aids, storytelling, drama, flashcards, study games and graphic organizers! I take great joy in helping students succeed. I have been described as warm, patient, calm and caring. I can easily relate to students of all ages and am able to break down complex information. I have worked as an assistant preschool teacher and as a beloved camp counselor for many years.
